Boris’s professional career in bartending started in 2004 in Refuel Bar, Soho Hotel London. Under then-manager, Zoran Peric. It is there he discovered his passion for mixology.
This had lead him onto international projects with include managing Slovak Olympic House during the Beijing games in 2008 and again in 2012 for the London Olympics as well as numerous management positions within 5* hotel groups including Le Meridien, Mint Hotel and Crowne Plaza, Hotel Paris.
Boris’s other accomplishments have had him presenting molecular mixology at the inaugural Bar Show in Barcelona. Helped build an award winning bar program for Hush bar in Mayfair. And also placing first in the UK Disaronno Mixing Star competition in 2010 and third in the European final of Disaronno Mixing Star competition in 2010.
Boris is currently overseeing the bar at Galvin at Windows in the Hilton Hotel Park Lane. His unique international bartending experiences are very positive addition to Galvin team as well as for senior judge role for the Bartender’s Best Awards.
